The Project is implemented by Project Management Ltd. from Ireland in consortium with Finnish Environmental Institute (SYKE).

The project team comprises three key experts and non-key experts that are engaged in project implementation when needed.

The team of key experts includes the team leader, environmental expert and IT and data analyst experts.

Administrative and logistical support to the team is provided by office manager and project secretary.
